On the production side, we have developed a comprehensive program to maximize builder options profits. This program includes educational materials, smart home seminars for homeowners, tailored options offerings, comprehensive options materials, and one-on-one design options appointments.

Anchored by the HTW “Home Buyer Lifestyle Survey,” our “option” package sales support program is designed to bring greater profitability to the builder while offering the consumer systems supportive of their family’s lifestyle.

It is our belief, borne out by an outstanding options sales record, that homeowners want technology and smart home products. In order to maximize the potential of these products homeowners must be educated. We only take projects in which we have direct contact with the homeowners during the options process. This level of the business has grown to such complexity that it is neither reasonable nor financially prudent to have this aspect of the options sales go through a design center process.
