HTW was founded in
2001 to provide integrated “smart home” products and services. We are located in Southern
California, one of the fastest growing geographic locations for residential construction and
technology adoption.
We have built our technology integration / installation division providing smart home services
for custom and tract builders and will continue to work toward a national presence.
Home Tech Works is a fully licensed turnkey subcontractor of smart home / low voltage
technologies operating under the CA contractor's license: 821513. The company provides full
service from CAD design of blueprint prewire layouts to installation of networking, automation
and entertainment systems through merchandising programs for option sales and educational
seminars for builders and homeowners alike.
